For roofing owners, sales managers, and reps about to start their own company

The longer you sell, the slower you grow.

I'm Matt Brasic. I've built 4 roofing companies. Now I teach roofing owners how to build a sales team so that they're no longer in the field.

I did not read about this in a book. I built it, broke it, and rebuilt it 4 times.

You have 1 of 2 problems.

Not enough leads. Or more leads than your team can fulfill.

Both are recruiting problems. When your culture runs on door-to-door, every rep you hire becomes a new channel of leads. The owners who win stop marketing for customers and start marketing for talent.

I teach the machine that does it. The first 5 docs are free.

The named system

The Machine

4 steps, in order. This is what the Stack teaches, what the class installs, and what I built 4 companies on.

1

Recruiting Is Marketing

Stop marketing for customers. Start marketing for talent. Every door-to-door rep you hire is a new channel of leads.

2

The Expectation Matrix

The 2x2 I built after 1,500 interviews. It tells you who to hire before their first door.

3

The Setter-Closer Model

Split the job. Setters knock, closers close. The company prints money without adding chaos.

4

The Rep System

The training that gets a new rep to 3 roofs a week without leads.

The lone-wolf plan vs The Machine

I ran the lone-wolf plan for years. It pays fine and it caps everything.

Receipts, not promises

3 stories with real numbers. The lesson rides at the bottom of each.

PBG & Adjusting

The claims department became the bottleneck at a $13M storm restoration company. In the first 90 days we overhauled rep training and hired 26 door-to-door reps. Sales velocity doubled and we averaged 23 new claims per week. That broke the claims department. So we split the roles, hired a new team, and rebuilt the training. The company trended to $35M.

Whatever role scares you to lose, simplify it until you can hire for it.

Alpha Power Restoration

The $1.8M company was at a plateau. We took the most galvanizing door guy in the company, the owner, and turned him into the sales trainer. Then we hired a GM to take over ops. The recruiting machine turned on and we hit 2 consecutive $1M months.

The model works for small companies, too.

The Rep System

We hired a mover from Serbia. Zero sales on the resume, zero construction, a thick accent. Nothing predicting success. He had a $7M year following the sales blueprint. 100 doors a day, 6 days a week.

Resumes don't predict performance. Consistently working on the right things does.

Matt Brasic teaching a sales class

I'm not a guru. I'm a roofer who kept rebuilding until the model was right.

Between my own builds I ran growth inside other companies. I've read the real P&Ls, spent the real ad budgets, and interviewed over 1,500 door-to-door reps.

I didn't invent this system. I stole it from watching what the best do. What I sell is the implementation.

Straight answers

Is the Recruiting Stack really free?

Yes. 5 docs, in your inbox, nothing gated behind a call. I sell implementation, not PDFs.

Who is this for?

Roofing owners, sales managers, and reps about to start their own company. If your growth runs on door-to-door, this is your machine.

What happens after I grab it?

The 5 docs land in your inbox. Read them, run them. If you want the machine installed faster, the live class and 1-on-1 consultations are in the menu at the top.

Why give the playbook away?

Because the playbook was never the hard part. Execution is. The owners who read the Stack and want it installed come find me.
