Before your interview:

You’ll make:

• +$50 per appointment set (that doesn't cancel)
• +$100 if that appointment signs (signed by someone who isn't you)
   

So what does that look like per hour?

If you set 3 appointments/shift, you'll make an average of $20-60/hour

That's $1,000-$1,500/week working part time (20hrs/week)

You're not selling anything.
You're not climbing roofs.

You’re just:

• Knocking doors in storm-hit neighborhoods
• Offering free inspections
• Booking time with one of our Inspectors (Closers)
   

You’re the first person the customer meets.
Without you, nothing moves forward.

You’ll work directly with a Closer.
You set the appointment. They run it.

• Hop of group-video call in field 
• Start knocking by 4:00pm 
• Work until about 8:00pm 
• Post your End of Day #s in the groupchat
   

That’s it.

More hours are encouraged for top performers.

This job is simple, but it’s not easy.

To win here, you need:

• Persistence (most people won’t answer the door)
• Confidence (most say they're “not interested”)
• Pattern Recognition (you'll learn to turn "not interested" into a yes)
   

We only ask for 2 qualified leads per shift.
The ones who crush it get 3–5.
